This month we said a huge congratulations and unfortunately goodbye to Laura Surgenor who has been with us since September 2012!
Laura started out on Training for Success and progressed onto Apprenticeships NI.
Huge congratulations to our student Steven Lundy who recently took part in the Culinary Ability Award at IFEX NI 2018.
Steven produced an amazing dish and was able to have a chat with celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli who was there that day.
Before Christmas we took a few photos of some of our students who have completed their first full term at Belfast Central Training.
Everyone has settled in well and made an excellent start to their training.
This year we ran a refer a friend bonus for our students. It was a huge success and here are some of the lucky people who referred a friend (or in some cases friends!).
Well done - don't spend all that money in the one shop!
