John is retiring!

We want to say a huge thank you to John Savage, one of our managers at Belfast Central Training, for 44 years of hard work and dedication.

John joined the company on 1st June 1978 and for his sins has stayed ever since!

Huge congratulations to our student Steven Lundy who recently took part in the Culinary Ability Award at IFEX NI 2018.

Steven produced an amazing dish and was able to have a chat with celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli who was there that day.

Making it big in Poland

Here is one of our past students Jordan Dugan who moved to Poland after completing his Level 2 & 3 NVQ Professional Cookery.

Jordan is obviously doing very well for himself as he has been featured in a magazine listing the Top 100 restaurants in Poland.
