Conor began his career as a Bar Back at Ten Square Hotel at 16. Then at 18 became a Bar Tender. Realising his potential and passion for the industry, Conor was quickly fast-tracked to supervisory level where he was a Bar Supervisor by the age of 19.

Through hard work, he became Beverage Manager in Ten Square by the age of 21. Conor was responsible for the progression of his team, development of new drinks, sourcng of drink and making the beverage area a huge success. In August 2018 he moved to The Clayton Hotel where he became Food and Beverage Manager for the hotel at the age of 24. During his time at the Clayton, he has been nominated for Food and Beverage Manager of the year in 2019.

With Belfast Central Training, he completed his NVQ Level 2 Food and Beverage Service and Level 3 Hospitality Supervision and Leadership. His tutor Robert has witnessed him develop and grow to become one of the most gifted and promising managers in the hospitality industry.
