Candidates at Level 2 gain a high level of skills such as working effectively, processing orders and keeping the workplace healthy and secure. In addition, candidates can specialise in a number of areas that will allow them to fit in to specific roles within the industry, including working with photographic equipment, working with specific food types and the visual merchandising of products. Candidates at Level 3 can develop their technical skills even further into areas such as finance arrangements for customers and planning for the whole business. In addition, they can develop the skills which will enable them to manage people and resources.
